Solo Work

Ginny Maddock is well-versed in a range of vocal styles. She has experience singing jazz and r&b, opera and chamber music, folk, blues, and musical theater. She has performed as a vocalist and pianist with Ithaca, NY jazz/folk duo MaMa, funk band NEO project, and in her own solo act. She currently serves as the music director and soloist at St. David’s Episcopal Church in Ashburn, VA.

MaMa

MaMa is a jazz, funk, r&b duo originating in Ithaca, NY. Ginny Maddock and Hannah Martin join together to bring fresh takes on all your favorite songs.

Classical

Alongside her Jazz Studies degree, Ginny spent time as a classical soprano. Studying with Carol McAmis, Caitlin Mathes, Mary Stucky, and others, she has a true love for opera and performs classically whenever she can.
